Everything here works whether or not you're on a team — you can start tracking your own scores the moment you sign up.
Registration only asks for a name, email, and password — nothing else is required up front. You land signed in, with no team and no organization, and everything still works: you can log rounds, see your stats, and browse from there.
If you clicked a link from a coach or teammate, you'll see a "You'll join <name>" note right on the registration screen — that's a real invite, and finishing sign-up attaches you to that team or organization automatically.
If you're on a team, use Team > New Round. If you're not on a team (or you're logging a personal round separate from your team), use My Rounds instead — the same photo-or-manual flow, just for your own scores.
The Dashboard's "Your stats" card combines every round you've logged — personal rounds and any team you've belonged to — into one place, with a small trend line. Badges (Perfect Round, Personal Best, round-count milestones) show up there and on your shooter drilldown page, computed automatically from your actual scores, not something you have to unlock manually.
If your team keeps season-based leaderboards, use the season selector under your name to scope the Team Leaderboard and Trends to just that stretch of time instead of all-time.
From the My Rounds tab's "Join a team" card, you can either request to join an existing team (a Squad Leader or admin has to approve it) or start a brand-new one, which makes you its Squad Leader immediately. If a team is invite-only, you'll need a real invite link from that team to join it — it won't show up in the general pick list.
Any personal rounds you already logged stay yours permanently — joining a team never merges or reassigns them.
Organizations are for clubs running multiple teams or leagues under one roof — most people never need one. If you get an invite link to join one, following it (or entering your invite token at registration) is the only way in; there's no directory to browse. Once you belong to more than one organization, a switcher appears in the session bar so you can pick which one's team/roster data you're currently looking at — your own stats always combine every organization you belong to, regardless of which one is active.
