If your club shoots multiple rounds a night and one photo or entry session covers more than one, use the "Rnd" column to mark which round each row belongs to — rows get split into separate round records automatically. If someone filled in for a regular team member, put that member's name in "Subbing for" — the sub's own stats stay separate, but their score counts toward that member's line on the Team Leaderboard.

New teams asking to join a league you administer. Approving flips the team active and makes its requester Squad Leader; denying just leaves it pending — a Platform Admin can delete or reassign the team if it should be rejected outright.

Creates an account directly, bypassing self-registration and its approval/email-verification steps — for a case like a Play Store reviewer account, or onboarding someone who can't register themselves. The account is pre-approved and pre-verified immediately.

Every sign-in attempt, successful or not — for spotting patterns like one IP hitting many accounts, or repeated failures against one. Failed attempts show a reason even though the account holder just sees a generic error.
